Maureen Davidson-Welling graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2007 and is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Maureen is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, The American Inns of Court (The Honorable Amy Reynolds Hay Chapter) and the National Employment Lawyers Association.

Maureen focuses on employment, employee benefits, civil rights, and class-action litigation. Maureen represents individuals in employment matters, including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and contract cases. She has also represented plaintiffs in multiple class-action cases. She served as lead trial counsel in Schirnhofer v. Premier Comp Solutions, No. 16-cv-00462 (W.D. Pa.); as trial co-counsel in Robertson v. Hunter Panels, LLC, No. 13-1047 (W.D. Pa), in which the jury awarded $13.5 Million in damages to SCDW’s client; and as trial co-counsel in Mikulan v. Allegheny Co., No. 15-cv-1007 (W.D. Pa.), where the jury awarded almost $1,000,000 to plaintiff. Maureen has argued multiple successful appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Maureen was selected as a Pennsylvania Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2013-2017. Rising Stars are the best attorneys age 40 or under who have been practicing for ten years or less. No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named as Rising Stars.
